  • Transactional & Unconditional Love. Is There a Difference?
    2026/03/08

It is possible to give something to someone without expecting something in return? This idea that we can forms my foundation for unconditional love but ultimately feels impossible to achieve.

Impossible to achieve from my current point of view.... When I sit on the hillside looking at nature and life do exactly as it's always done. Transactions cease to exist. It's all perfect, beautiful harmony. From this place I can love everyone as if they were my own children.

From this place there's no lack... everything is in abundance. The practice involves identifying with this nature whilst simultaneously surrendering to the unstoppable river of life. A beautiful balancing act. The art of life.

  • Fear Pt 2.
    2026/02/08

I sit with fear often but it doesn't seem to go anywhere.

A lot of facing my fears is just the fear of lying on my death bed with regret.

Or if I let in a deeper truth in, the mental conflict I know that's coming when I get home caused by the failed opportunity to face a fear.

It's all chaos, either choice generating mental activity from a nervous system that thinks it's under threat.

It's the hardest time to sit.

    Why it's doing this? I don't know.

I don't know anything. But it's the wanting to know that drives me crazy.

The desire to know for certain what's coming next, and to finally be safe.

Safe in my mothers arms, on my death bed, free from regret and knowing all fears have been faced.

  • The Absolute Truth About Your Problems.
    2026/01/18

Language is incredibly powerful. It is what runs our internal dialogue which makes up who we think we are and how we experience the world. Once we start to unpack the language we are using in our internal dialogue, we can start choosing how we want to see ourselves and experience this world.

  • Triggers.
    2025/12/15

All day every day all kinds of experiences trigger a certain feeling in us. Sometimes that feeling is intense, creates drama, lingers and causes chaos.

If I am late to work, I am in trouble. If I am in trouble, I am not good enough.

These triggers in our environment are constantly poking at beliefs in our sub conscious. Becoming aware of these triggers we can start to take the power of not being controlled by our environment.

listen along to hear our thoughts on our triggers.

  • This Timeless Moment.
    2025/11/25

A beautiful title taken from a book by Laura Huxley.

Our perception of time is a massive factor in our wellbeing. The idea of past and future and our relationship with it is going to directly influence how we feel and perceive this very moment. Why is that....

When this moment is all we have, our obsession with past and present can often make us dismiss & wish we were elsewhere. But this moment is all we will ever have. And when we are not aware of it we often miss it. This can lead to many feelings such as a feeling of life passing us by (Very Common !).

Its not like we are every anywhere else. We have to be here now. It's just our perception and identification with the past and future that distorts our perception.

Join us in discussing the ideas of time. And some beautiful and special moments we recently faced.

    Love you all <3

  • The Awakening.
    2025/11/02

' The only Zen you find on tops of mountains is the Zen you bring there '- Robert M Pirsig.

This moment is all we've got. And once you let go of the habitual planning and ruminating nature of the mind you can start to enter it. Let go of everything you thought. And you'll see what's left. What is fundamentally at the core of all of this. of everything.
