    Welcome to Wild Savvy Meditations….  In today’s meditation, I’ll guide you through a meditation to clear feelings of irritation.  These feelings may be your own or energy that is around you.

    If you are feeling irritable.  If someone around you seems to be irritable a lot.

    As you do this meditation, you might notice more irritability is around you than you realized.

    This meditation will allow you to detach from these feelings and diffuse them, without avoiding them.

  • Episode 11. Detach From ANY 'Negative' Emotion

    Welcome to Wild Savvy Meditations….  In today’s meditation, I’ll guide you through detaching from ANY 'negative' emotion.  In other words, any emotion that is not supporting you, that you just don't feel good about or that you don't want to experience any more.

    You don't want to stuff down any emotion you're feeling, because you're feeling it for a reason.  Use this meditation to detach from and evaluate your emotions, so you can see what lesson there might be for you...  or if you no longer need this emotion.

    Whatever the case, it allows you to stop feeling triggered by it and move forward.

  • Episode 8. Forgive Abandonment Meditation

    Welcome to Wild Savvy Meditations.  Today's episode was inspired by a conversation I had with my niece.  In some way or another, most of us have experienced some form of abandonment.  This feeling of abandonment can be the seed for repeating patterns of emotional distress, feelings of loneliness and depression, even nightmares.  I created this meditation using a combinations of techniques to release past baggage, forgive and fill up with supportive thoughts and emotions.
