  • Episode 16: My Top Tools of 2024
    2024/12/30
On this episode of, With Amanda Keltz, I wanted to acknowledge the transitional point we are at moving into a new year. While this time comes with a lot of pressure, introspection, and sometimes anxiety— it can be a great opportunity to recognize all the versions of who you have been throughout the year and the lives you have lived. It's a reflection period to see what you have went through and to feel proud and curious. Upon the reflection, I rounded up my top 5 lessons and perspectives that impacted me the most this year. We discuss first thought best though, the pendulum swinging, part work, boundary setting with an open heart, and the idea of icing on the cake. These were what shaped me most throughout my journeys this year and will continue to profoundly impact me. What are your top lessons of 2024?

  • Episode 15: Conversations with Friends— Becky
    2024/12/23

This week, on With Amanda Keltz, I had the absolute joy of sitting down with my childhood friend, Becky, to dive into the beautifully messy world of friendships—how they evolve, sometimes fade, and how we learn to open up space for new connections. We talk about the natural process of growing with some friendships while outgrowing others, and the often-unspoken pressures of navigating friend dynamics as we grow up.

We also got into the big one: quality versus quantity. What does it really mean to have a fulfilling friendship? And how do you learn to define it in a way that feels right for you instead of what’s expected?

From there, we peel back another layer—what it means to truly be good with yourself. Because when you’re aligned with who you are, the right people, whether friends or romantic partners, tend to flow into your life naturally as well as feel empowered to decide how you show up to these relationships. It’s an honest conversation that I think is relatable to everyone.

  • Episode 14: Conversations with Friends — Victoria
    2024/12/16

On this week's episode of, With Amanda Keltz, my friend Victoria joins me to tell her story. The conversation is a heart-to-heart about life’s unexpected twists and turns, when the story doesn’t go the way you planned—and how to rebuild, not by forcing or fighting, but by leaning into a gentler, softer way of being.

Grief and loss are a big part of Victoria's journey, but they’re not the whole story. They were the moments that cracked things open, making space for new perspectives and new lifestyles, while still embracing and remembering the old. While she learned through navigating those phantom limbs—those parts of life that still echo with what once was—the experience brought clarity on how to move forward with grace and intention.Together, we’ll explore how to admit when we don’t have control, and why that surrender can be so powerful. One of the biggest surrenders we admit to is learning to find softness instead of muscling through the times that we want control. This one’s about rebuilding, reimagining, and finding beauty in the process. I can’t wait to share it with you.

  • Episode 13: The Sun Meditation
    2024/12/09

On this week of With Amanda Keltz, I am offering a guided meditation. Meditation for me, is a form of connection and self check-in. I want to eliminate the stigma against the practice as something you need to reach a certain level of and therefore you may "not be good at it". This is an opportunity to check in with yourself and from a bird's eye view, see what's going on and what's playing out. Without judgement, just observing, listening, and infusing what you need from that place of awareness you have gained through the practice. This specific meditation is a body scan, visualization guidance taking the light from the sun and having it ooze into your body to both relax all parts of you as well as awaken and reenergize you to feel this power you hold from within to shine outward.

    Meditation starts at minute 6:32

  • Episode 12: Conversation with Friends— Mikayla
    2024/12/02

In this week's, With Amanda Keltz, I sit down with Mikayla as we talk bout embracing every part of who we are, even when it feels like we're trying on different versions of ourselves. Spoiler: it's less about getting it "right" and more about owning all the parts of you with confidence and curiosity. We explore the idea of seeing opportunities within every moment—good, bad, or confusing—without the need to compare our lives to some imaginary standard of "how it should be."

We also dive into how modern-day therapy can benefit from weaving in spiritual practices while also then unraveling the layers of what "spirituality" really means. Together, we reframe the word, not as a lofty, out-of-reach concept but as something deeply personal and intertwined with the messy, beautiful experience of being human.

If you’ve ever felt like the word "spiritual" doesn’t quite fit you, or you’ve wrestled with trying to “be” someone specific, this episode is for you. It’s raw, real, and full of reminders that your journey doesn’t need to look like anyone else’s.

  • Episode 11: Creating Space and Stop "Shoulding" on Yourself
    2024/11/25
This week's episode om, With Amanda Keltz, we have a short little perspective flip on the idea of creating space, slowing down and getting quiet to get the answers. Instead of feeding blender brain with worries, "shoulding" on yourself, and control— how can we open up to the idea of seeing what is possible in your path rather than skewed based on expectation. The comparison is similar to walking through life with headphones blasting music. If we are able to break this habit, then we can find the spark of what initially inspired us to go down this path in the first place.

  • Episode 9: What is Under Your Hood?
    2024/11/11
This week on With Amanda Keltz, it is a short but sweet episode on identifying the engine that is driving your car (yourself). It is an analogy made into a conversation around looking under the hood of your patterns and habits and seeing what status your engine is at to have a better experience driving (living). This is for those that are finding the same patterns and cycles pop up, but feel frustrated because you have made a lot of changes in your life and are repeating habits or living out scenarios you thought you outgrew.
