  • Episode 7: The One Where She Tells You About Her Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching Business (Ft. An Exciting Announcement At The End!)
    2024/11/20

While some of you may think that I started this podcast because I enjoy sitting in my closet and talking about misc things by myself (which I guess is proven to not be total misinformation), I actually created this podcast to coincide with my newly started nutrition coaching business (Mind Over Macros Lifestyle & Nutrition Coaching) as a way to not only deliver free information to a broader audience but to also give you an idea of who exactly you would be working with should you decide that you are interested in hiring me as a nutrition coach!

That being said, I guess being 7 episodes in that it is time to pull the metaphorical band aid and put it out there what exactly you will get while working with me in the form of Expectation vs Reality but before we get to that, you will get a bit of a back story on my nutrition journey and a very unrelated to the topic, detailed description of my Sunday morning (we can call that bonus content and you’re welcome.)

If you or anyone you may know are interested in learning more, feel free to check out my website where you can sign up to work with me or shoot me over any questions you may have!

  • Episode 6: The One Where She Normalizes, Or At Least Attempts To Normalize Negative Emotions And Feeling Sad
    2024/11/13

In this episode we are working to normalize sulky days and not being happy all the time. I will explain why I feel that social media, while it can be a truly incredible outlet and way to keep in touch with friends and loved ones, is probably not the best place to be when you are not in a great headspace.

We also chat about learning to identify the negative emotions you are feeling and being intentional with allowing yourself to feel the feelings and sulk in a healthy manner along with giving a few ideas of things you can do to help to pull yourself out of the funk that you have found yourself in.

I truly feel that we are experiencing a shift in people feeling comfortable being more vulnerable and sharing when things are not always rainbows and butterflies but this is just the beginning and hopefully this message can help shed some light and acceptance on it being okay to not be okay.

  • Episode 1: The One Where She Tells You a Little (Probably A Lot, Maybe Too Much) About Herself
    2024/10/09

I mean, I am sure you are wondering all about the life that is Nikki and this episode will be a 13ish-minute summary (which is pretty impressive, if you ask me) on just that!

I am sure that I missed some things as summing up 33 years is relatively tough and said things will likely come up in a future episodes if they were that important but I think this is a solid gist of all the things!

I hope you enjoy and don't forget to like, share, subscribe and help spread the word! It is so very appreciated!
