    I don’t know if it’s actually a trend or if I’m just looking for it more, but it seems like everyone is preaching to women about how to lose weight in menopause.

    And most of what’s being said, surprise, surprise, is nonsense.

    Weight loss in menopause is 100% attainable! We have a ton of women losing weight in every phase of menopause.

    But, it does look a bit different for us women as we age. And all of the gimmicky things that taught can actually make things worse!

  • The Biggest Fat Loss Mistake I Ever Made. Are You Making This One Too?

    For years I kept making the same mistake.

    Over, and over, and over I would try to lose weight. And each time I got the same crappy results.

    I wouldn’t hit my goal and I would feel worse about myself than before I started.

    When I shifted away from this huge mistake, everything changed for me. Not only did I hit my goal, I kept my goal.

    More importantly, I started to enjoy my health journey and build confidence and trust in myself.
