  • Cost of Perfection and how it lead to me changing my story: Reflections

    In this episode of Change Your Story, I reflect on the cost of striving for perfection and how that pursuit kept me running from myself. Even after getting sober, I didn’t feel good enough—I believed that being “perfect” was the only way to be worthy.

    But that belief came at a price. It wasn’t until I decided to stop running and embrace who I truly was—imperfections and all—that my story began to change.
