    Today, we’re addressing the stress tied to blame. Whether you’re blaming yourself, someone else, or external circumstances, holding onto blame keeps you stuck in the past and lowers your energetic vibration. It’s time to release it and take a step forward.

    In this episode, we’ll explore how to:

    • Take self-responsibility for mistakes or situations, allowing you to make amends and start fresh.
    • Set boundaries when others’ blame affects your emotional state.
    • Let go of the weight of blame and focus on creating a vision for the future.

    In this episode, we’ll explore how unprocessed grief can keep you stuck in the past and prevent you from moving forward. I’ll guide you through reflecting on what or who you may be grieving, how to gently acknowledge and release those emotions, and the importance of creating small daily actions to stay present while projecting a brighter future.
